Priced at CNY 999 (approximately ₹13,800 at current exchange rates) with a launch offer at CNY 949, the Vivo TWS 5 Pro combines a built-in Hi-Fi DAC chip, 60dB active noise cancellation, lossless Wi-Fi audio transmission, and up to 50 hours of total battery life in a single package.

Dual-Driver Audio Architecture And Hi-Fi DAC

The audio engineering inside the Vivo TWS 5 Pro is where the product genuinely stands apart. Vivo uses what it calls a Pure Harmony Architecture — a coaxial dual-driver system that pairs a custom ultra-miniature balanced armature built in collaboration with Knowles with a self-developed 11mm double-ring dynamic driver. This design aligns the acoustic centers of high and low frequencies on the same axis, covering a frequency response range of 16Hz to 60kHz.

On top of the dual-driver hardware sits a dedicated Hi-Fi DAC chip co-developed with Cirrus Logic, delivering a 113dB dynamic range and distortion (THD+N) of less than 0.0013% — figures that comfortably meet the Master Hi-Fi standard. For voice calls, the five-microphone array delivers up to 100dB environmental call noise reduction and up to 99% wind noise suppression. A quick 5-minute charge delivers approximately 2 hours of playback — useful for a fast top-up before stepping out. The charging case supports both USB Type-C and wireless charging, with a full charge of the earbuds taking around 58 minutes and the complete case-plus-earbuds combination requiring around 150 minutes. Each earbud weighs 5.5g, and the charging case weighs 46.5g, keeping the total setup light and pocketable.

Vivo TWS 5 Pro Price, Availability, and India Launch Outlook

The Vivo TWS 5 Pro is currently available in China at CNY 999 (approximately ₹13,800) in Quiet Realm Black and Original Sound White colorways, with an introductory launch price of CNY 949. Official China sales began on 1 July. Vivo has not officially announced an India launch date for the TWS 5 Pro as of now, but given the brand’s consistent track record of bringing TWS flagships to India within two to three months of China availability — as seen with earlier TWS series models — an India launch in the September–October 2026 window would be a reasonable expectation. Pricing in India, when it arrives, could land in the ₹12,000–₹15,000 range, given global exchange rate patterns and Vivo’s historical India pricing strategy for premium audio products.
